You can get the Sizzling Stone from Kiefer then from Bulgio later in Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined (DQ 7). Read on to learn how to get the Sizzling Stone, and what it does.

How to Get the Sizzling Stone
Talk to Kiefer at the Ruins Statue
At the start of the game, you can get the Sizzling Stone from Kiefer after talking to him in front of the statue at the Shrine. However, the Sizzling Stone will eventually be stolen by your uncle Pike, and you will temporarily lose possession of the item.
Talk to Bulgio at the Palazzo di Bulgio
Later in the story, you will need to talk to Pike again at the tavern. When asked about the stone, he will say that he sold it to a man named Bulgio. You can find Bulgio at the Palazzo di Bulgio in the L'Arca region, but you will need the Magic Carpet in order to access it.
Talk to Bulgio to inquire about the Sizzling Stone. After talking to him, exit the Palazzo to trigger a cutscene where he will let the party use the Sizzling Stone on the condition that he'd go with them to the Tallest Tower. Note that once Bergio agrees to join you, you will not be able to visit any other tower until you finish the questline.

How to Use the Sizzling Stone
Use the Sizzling Stone to Summon Sir Mervyn
Using the Sizzling Stone at the top of the Tallest Tower will summon Sir Mervyn. After the cutscene, Sir Mervyn will join as a permanent member of your party. Keep in mind that since only four party members can participate in battle, one party member will need to be kept in reserve.
