How to Get The Thief's Key
Obtain From a Treasure Chest in the Rental Rooms at Pilgrim's Perdition

The Thief's Key can be found in a treasure chest behind the counter at the rental rooms where other characters and villagers stay at Pilgrim's Perdition.
You can only access this location after completing the Dharma questline, since npcs will be blocking the area and prevent you from accessing the chest.

You can use the Thief's Key to open locked treasure chests just like the Magic Key and the Ultimate Key. If a chest cannot be opened by a Magic Key or an Ultimate Key, try using the Thief's Key!
