What Does Charm Do?
Entrance Monsters
Charm increases the character's chance to entrance monsters due to the character's appearance, essentially stunning them for a few turns.

How to Increase Charm
Level Up
Charm automatically increases as your characters Level Up.
Defeat enemies in combat and obtain EXP to level up your characters and further increase their stats!
Use Pretty Betsy
Using a Pretty Betsy will also increase a character's Charm, allowing you to increase a character's Attractiveness stat without requiring you to Level them up.
Pretty Betsy is a unique item which functions similarly to Seeds, but specific for the Charm stat.
Vocation Stat Change
Depending on your character's Vocation, they can also receive additional Charm, raising it by a certain percentage.
