How to Unlock The Vellum?

To Serve The Light - Order of The Ancients
To unlock The Vellum, also known as Eanbhert, in the Order tab, you'll need to obtain two clues.

You can get the First Clue by killing The Baldric.

This will point you towards the Second Clue in Thieves' Warren fort, which is north of Glowecestre.

Obtaining this will reveal the identity and location of The Vellum.

Where to Find The Vellum?

Location At his home near the Glowecestre docks in the region of Glowecestrescire

How to Kill The Vellum?

While The Vellum will just be home alone, you cannot enter through the front door since it will be locked.

However, you can find a gap at the back of the house that you can enter through. You'll have sight of The Vellum from here and will be able to assassinate him.
