In the first ringfort of Cashelore, you'll find a breached wall across the entrance. If you go the middle of the breached wall and look to your left, you'll see bars that show you the back of a barred door. Shoot out the barred door and head to the inside of the wall (entrance is left of the breached wall) open the door.
