Head to Dover Fortress on the easternmost part of Cent to obtain this Nickel Ingot. Go inside the church and loot the chest containing the ingot.

Go to a camp in the east part of Dover Fortress to see the Nickel Ingot. Kill the Skirmisher in there and loot his body to get the Nickel Ingot.
