Kill the Marksman on the east tower of Brentwood Outpost to get this Nickel Ingot. You can locate the Brentwood Outpost on the southwest part of Essexe, just south of Sancta Maria's Abbey.

You can get this Nickel Ingot inside the locked house with two red banner flags in Brentwood Outpost, located on the southwest part of Essexe. Unlock it using the key on the left house near it and loot the chest to get the Nickel Ingot.
