Go to The Corpse Feeder, north part of Oxenefordscire, to get this Nickel Ingot. You can find the ingot under a locked house in the east part of the area. You can get the key behind the beasts' lair. Once inside, shoot the breakable wall with an Incendiary Powder Trap to destroy it, to get the Nickel Ingot in a chest.
