Head to Scottoh Farm in the northeast part of East Anglia to get a Nickel Ingot. You can find the Nickel Ingot inside the locked house in the area. You can get the key to it in a well and use it to get inside the house. Get the Nickel Ingot in a chest on the right side of the house.
