The area where the statue and the Treasure Hoard Map are in is a very heavily forested part of Glowecestrescire. The statue stands inside of a pool with a chest you may wish to consider plundering before moving on.

You can find the actual Treasure at Maen Ceti, near where the Cairn is in that location. There are some trenches nearby leading up to a movable block; move it to reveal the Treasure.
