The area the map is in is loosely guarded by several bandits. You can try sneaking past them by swimming in the pond first to fetch the key, and then sneaking into the locked house. It's better to eleminate all the bandits for the XP points however.

Reward: Speki Symbol Scheme (Front)

Slightly north of Skegi's Beard. You can find the Treasure atop the tower near a beam of wood overlooking the sea.
