The Demon Odor at the Tithe

How to Get: Climb into the house through an open window on the western side. Talk to the man stuck inside the building and get him out by moving the blocks surrounding him.

Falling Stars

How to Get: Interact with the small table surrounded by people in the middle of the city square. You must find three people; one outside St. Paul's Cathedral, one on a rock edge outside of the city west of St. Paul's, and the last inside of a cage in Crepelgate Fort.

War of the Collectors

How to Get: You must have the museum available in your Settlement, then gain a quest from Octavian. Go to the collector's house and pay silver for the statue, or convince him to part with it (requires Level 5 Charisma). Return to Octavian.

Last Flight of the Gyldan Sparrow

How to Get: Interact with the group of people at the docks. Dive underwater to get the treasure from the sunken ship, and deliver a message in a bottle to the people. Next, fish for a fish that swallowed the necklace the group is after on the same docks. Interact with the group again.
