You can find the World Event in Lincolnscire west of the Spalding Bandit Lair.

King of Shitsby Walkthrough

No.	Objectives	Guide
1	Approach the Throne	Approach the throne within the ruined chapel. Sit on the throne to activate the World Event.
2	Listen to the Unseen Voice	An unseen voice will call out to Eivor, warning them that only the King of the Briars may sit on the throne.
3	Insult the Unseen Voice	Eivor has three response options for the unseen voice — all are insults and will result in the same result.
1	Defeat the Enemies	A group of enemeis will burst through the chapel and attack Eivor. Defeat all enemies to complete the World Event.
