The Elk-Antler Comb is located underwater within a small trench near the waterfall TIP: Use Odin's Sight to highlight the comb in a white hue. |

Return the Elk-Antler Comb to Bil to complete the World Event. Optional: After returning the comb, you can walk with Bil to her resting spot. You can then accept or decline the massage she offers. |
