Solution

    Turn 1
  1. Move Lewyn two spaces down and defeat the Blue Mage.
  2. Move Sigurd two spaces down and defeat the Red Mage.
  3. Move Azelle one space down and one space left, then use Rally Up Spd+ on Lewyn.
  4. Move Seliph two spaces down and defeat the Lance Knight.
    5. Turn 2
  5. Move Sigurd two spaces up and one space right, then defeat the Axe Cavalier.
  6. Move Seliph one space down and two spaces left, then defeat the Sword Fighter.
  7. Move Azelle one space up and one space right, then defeat the Sword Knight.
  8. Move Lewyn two spaces up and defeat the Lance Fighter.
    9. Turn 3
  9. Move Seliph one space up and one space left, then defeat the Sword Knight.
  10. Move Azelle one space up and defeat the Thief.
  11. Move Lewyn one space right and defeat the Bow Flier.
  12. Move Sigurd one space right and defeat the Axe Fighter.
    13. Turn 4
  13. Move Azelle one space down and one space left, then use Rally Up Spd+ on Lewyn.
  14. Move Lewyn one space down and defeat the Axe Flier.
  15. Move Sigurd one space down and two spaces left, then defeat the Sword Cavalier.
  16. Move Seliph two spaces down and one space right, then defeat the Red Fáfnir.
