It is possible to clear this map with an offensive strategy if the team is properly built.
If you have Emblem Sigurd, the strategy for this map is simple. Bring an offensive unit that can defeat the Axe Knight on turn one and retreat to safety, then move in with Sigurd and defeat the Lance Fighter first, then Baldr. Retreat to safety afterwards with Canto.
Use the turns after that to repeat this strategy until all the enemies are dead.
If you do not have Emblem Sigurd, a similar strategy can be used, but requires extra caution. Bring a hyper offensive unit that deals a lot of true damage and can kill Baldr, such as Young Camilla or Emblem Eirika. Alternatively, bring an offensive unit geared towards dealing area-of-effect damage and use that to gradually weaken Baldr.
Clear the way to Baldr using your other units, then defeat Baldr with your dedicated nuke unit, and employ a Hit and Run strategy to keep your units safe.
It is possible to use Savior Tanks to win this map on Enemy Phase as long as you prepare accordingly.
The Cleric has Flash+, which will render your tanks unable to attack. To combat this, bring anti-Flash support from heroes like Fallen Alear (F), or simply bring an offensive unit whose role is to snipe the Cleric and retreat to the safety of your Savior tanks.
While Baldr herself is difficult to defeat, she doesn't deal as much damage as dedicated nuke units. With proper support, you can use your Savior tanks to withstand her attacks.
We recommend bringing two Savior tanks (one for Near Save and one for Far Save), a support unit that provides both buffs and recovery such as any of the Heiðrún variants, and a dedicated nuke unit whose role is to defeat both the Cleric and Baldr. Ensure that the Near Save tank can survive combat against Baldr and the Far Save tank can survive combat against Höðr. The generic enemies aren't worth noting and can mostly be ignored, except for the Cleric.
Simply ball up and wait for the enemies to advance. Use your nuke unit to defeat the Cleric first when she's in range, and then Baldr.
