Her Atk is a superboon and her most important stat, sitting at base 44 (48 with a superboon). She can hit very hard when given proper support and the guaranteed follow-up from Quick Riposte 4 allows her to attack twice.

Her Spd is below average and reducing it will not impact most of her matchups. Thus, it is the safe bane to take.

+Atk for a +10 merge

Ganglöt is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Arcane Downfall is a great defensive weapon

Ganglöt's Arcane Downfall accelerates her Special cooldown and charges, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, denies her foe's follow-up attacks, and heals her for 7 HP for each of her attacks.

With a handful of defensive effects all tied to the weapon, this makes Ganglöt deceptively bulky and difficult to take down.

Speedy axe units will appreciate receiving Arcane Downfall, and Ganglöt is a fine wielder as well.
