Solution

    Turn 1
  1. Move Nifl 3 spaces to the right and take out the Lance Knight.
  2. Move Ylgr 2 spaces to the right and attack the Green Flier.
  3. Move Gunnthra 2 spaces up and 1 space to the left. Take out the Axe Dragon.
  4. Move Fjorm 2 spaces up and take out the Green Flier.
    5. Turn 2
  5. Move Gunnthra 2 spaces down and 1 space to the right. Take out the Axe Dragon.
  6. Move Ylgr 1 space left and take out he Sword Knight.
  7. Move Nifl to Fjorm's right and use Rally Def/Res+.
  8. Move Fjorm 2 spaces right and take out the Sword Dragon.
    9. Turn 3
  9. Move Ylgr 2 spaces right and attack the Lance Dragon.
  10. Move Nifl above Gunnthra and use Rally Def/Res+.
  11. Nove Gunnthra 3 spaces up and take out the Bow Flier.
  12. Move Fjorm 1 space down and take out the Lance Dragon.
    13. Turn 4
  13. Move Nifl right of Gunnthra and use Rally Def/Res+ on her.
  14. Move Gunnthra 3 spaces right and take out the Bow Fighter.
  15. Move Ylgr above Fjorm and attack the Lance Cavalier.
  16. Move Fjorm above Ylgr and take out the last foe.
