If unit's HP ≤ 50% and unit initiates combat, unit can make a follow-up attack before foe can counterattack.

Legendary Micaiah's prf weapon. Grants Atk+3 permanently, and an Atk/Res+6 bonus plus a guaranteed follow-up attack. Has built-in Desperation 2.
