Effect Grants Spd+3. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, and also, if unit's Spd > foe's Spd, grants damage reduction by percentage = difference between stats x 4 (excluding Rokkr Specials). At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25% while transformed, neutralizes effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks during combat. If transformed, grants Atk+2 and if unit initiates combat, inflicts Atk/Def-4 on foe during combat and foe cannot make a follow-up attack.

Additional Info

This weapon provides Spd-based damage reduction, half of Null Follow-Up and a spectrum buff. If Freyja initiates, it additionally inflicts -4 Atk/Def and blocks enemy follow-up attacks. This is a great, well-rounded weapon, but the drawback is that it doesn't have Distant Counter.
