Effect	Grants Spd+3. A start of combat, if foe's HP ≥ 75%, grants Spd+5 to unit, inflicts Spd-5 on foe, and then, if unit's Spd > foe's Spd, deals damage = 70% of difference between Spd. (Maximum bonus of +7 damage. Works w/ Phantom Spd.) At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beasts/dragons or if unit is solo, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, grants Atk+2, and also, if unit initiates combat, inflicts Atk/Def-4 on foe during combat and blocks follow-ups.

Additional Info

If an enemy unit's HP ≥ 75%, will give buffs to Spd and debuffs to enemy unit's Spd. If unit's Spd is higher than enemy unit's Spd, will deal damage equal to 70% of the difference between the respective stats. If unit is transformed and initiates combat, will inflict additional debuffs to the enemy unit's Atk/Def and will prevent them from making a follow-up attack.
