Solution
- Move Tiki 1 space upward.
- Have Marth Pivot to the other side of Tiki.
- Defeat the Blue Manakete with Tiki from the space below. Move Marth to her opposite side using Pivot.
- Defeat the Lance Flier with Tiki.

for step 2, marth specifically needs to pivot to tiki's right. "pivot to the other side" sounds vague enough to mean "pivot above tiki" but marth will get his ass kicked if he does that.
