The best IVs for Lachesis are +Atk and -Res. She may find herself in situations that require her to attack foes because of Absorb+ so a +Atk IV would be very useful. She can take some points of Res as it is pretty high compared to Def so this is the best bane she can take.

Lachesis is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Lachesis Strengths

Chip health off enemies while simultaneously healing allies!

Absorb+ restores 50% of the damage dealt by unit to itself. It also restores 7 HP to allies within 2 spaces of unit. Absorb+ makes its wielder great in providing sustain for the whole team. This makes it a good idea to inherit Wrathful Staff 3 onto Absorb+ users.

Absorb+ is one of the best staves to use in Temprest Trials+ as it provides damage, self-heals and team heals all in one stroke!

Shaves-off Enemies' HP Effectively!

Lachesis has a fairly high Atk stat for a staff user. Getting the Wrathful Staff 3 refine allows her to deal even more damage to enemies while reaping the primary and secondary effects of Absorb+.

Solid-Earth Balm Provides a Reliable Buff

Solid-Earth Balm grants a +4 Def buff to all allies regardless of range whenever Lachesis heals an ally. With a low cooldown of 1, you can easily grant your allies the bonus most of the time.

Lachesis Weaknesses

Low Spd leading to lackluster physical defense

Lachesis has very low Spd. This makes her susceptible to follow-up attacks. Please be mindful when using Absorb+ against enemy units that can counterattack her.
