2 After accepting the mission, your only objective is to gather 3 Alluring Lophid Extracts from Blazing Lophids.

Fast travel to FN Site 504 in Cauldros as the Blazing Lophid enemies gather here. Defeat as many as you can until you gather the required number of items.

3 The mission automatically completes once you have collected all the necessary requirements.

Find Blazing Lophids Near FN Site 504 in Cauldros

The Blazing Lophid enemies are what you need to defeat, as they drop Alluring Lophid Extracts. You can also however, get Alluring Lophid Extracts from other Lophid variants such as Gehenna Lophids in this area.

Fast travel to FN Site 504 in Cauldros and you will find that the required enemy gathers near here. Keep defeating enemies until they drop the required amount of items for the mission.
