1	To start the Proficiency Exam 3 normal mission, you must first clear Chapter 6. This mission is part of the The Skell License mission chain. ▶ Chapter 6 Walkthrough: Dark Matters
2	The only objective of this mission is to defeat Shatskikh, the Flash, which is found exclusively in Northpointe Cove in the Primordia Region. However, this enemy is an extremely rare spawn. ▶ Primordia Region Map Guide
3	Once Shatskikh, the Flash is defeated, Proficiency Exam 3 will automatically complete.

Shatskikh, the Flash only appears in Northpointe Cove in Primordia.

However, this enemy is a rare spawn, meaning you may need to fast travel repeatedly between the nearest landmark and Northpointe Cove until it appears.

Lure Shatskikh, the Flash From Its Enemy Group

Engaging Shatskikh, the Flash immediately is not ideal because it spawns alongside high-level enemies that will attack you as soon as you target it. This can lead to a quick defeat, forcing you to repeat the process of searching for this rare spawn.

The best approach is to lure Shatskikh away from its enemy group. By attacking it once and then retreating, you can get it to chase you while the other enemies stay behind. Once it moves far enough away from the group, you can safely engage without worrying about additional enemies overwhelming you.

This strategy ensures a much safer fight and reduces the risk of losing progress, as finding Shatskikh, the Flash again after dying can be frustrating.
