Walkthrough

1	Take out the enemy on the first dock you reach. Make sure to pick up his handgun.
2	Swim your way to the next set of docks in front of you. Clear out enemies there. You can obtain the Crocodile Achievement here.
3	Speedboats will start roaming the area so dive underwater when they near you. Take them out by swimming underwater and approaching them from behind when they slow down.
4	Swim to the dock on the eastern side of the area and clear out all the enemies here.
5	Reach the Barge and take out any remaining enemies. You can obtain the Nessie Achievement here if you made it this far without being spotted.
6	Enter the Barge with Captain Price.
7	Secure the Barge by moving from room to room and killing enemies.
8	Check the cellphone of the last enemy you kill to complete the mission.

How to Beat Wetwork in Realism Difficulty

Use the P890 Handgun Over the Tactical Knife

Tactical Knives have limited range and you'll only start out with a few of them equipped. It's best to pick up the P890 Handgun from the first enemy that you kill at the dock. The handgun has better accuracy and has more ammo in reserve, you will be able kill multiple enemies within a short amount of time.

This is perfect for completing the objective on where you will have to take out the patrol boat with two hostiles onboard it.

Eliminate Enemies From Underwater

Using the P890 Handgun that you picked up, you can quietly pick off enemies while you are underwater. This is a good strategy to use if you are making your way to the Barge undetected, especially that enemies hit harder on Realism difficulty, you'll want to do your best to stay undetected.

Use the Bryson 800 Inside the Barge

The Bryson 800 shotgun can be found once Captain Price eliminates the first two enemies upon entering the Barge.

Pick this up immediately as this will come in quite handy since you'll be fighting close-quarters for the remainder of the mission.

Enemies inside will be equipped with the Kastov 762 Assault Rifle, which deals high damage and almost guarantees an instant death at close-ranged. So it's best to take them out instantly with one shot before they fire a shot at you.

Wetwork Achievements

Crocodile

Crocodile requires you to shoot three enemies while underwater. Since you only start with a Tactical Knife, make sure you pick up the P890 handgun from the first enemy you kill.

Make your way over to the next set of docks, where you'll find three enemies. Reach them then dive underwater as you get close to an enemy. Try to aim at his head then fire at him. This will attract the attention of nearby enemies, so just stay underwater and reposition to get a clear shot at them. If you need to resurface, do it quickly before diving underwater again.

Nessie

Nessie requires you to reach the barge without being spotted by enemies. Use boats as cover and always approach enemies from behind or to the side to avoid their lines of sight.

Make sure you only use Throwing Knives against enemies on the docks. These kill instantly and create very little noise, even if enemies are near each other. Silenced guns are unreliable if you're not able to get a headshot.

For the enemies on speedboats, it may be difficult to hit them with a Throwing Knife since they're constantly on the move. Try to swim behind when they slow down to get a better angle. If you're having trouble with the knife, use a silenced pistol to fire at them from underwater as quickly as possible.
