Warzone 2.0 - Play Games to Earn Tokens

Playing games will earn you Battle Tokens which you can view in your Token Bank on the bottom right of the progression map.

Additionally, players who bought the Vault Edition will earn 50 Battle Token Tier Skips and 20 tokens for those who redeemed the Battle Pass Bundle package. They can also be purchased individually using COD points.

Should You Buy the Battle Pass?

Buy it If You Want Faster Account Level Progression

Modern Warfare 2 - Double XP and Double Weapon XP

The Modern Warfare 2 Battle Pass will more than likely come with a Season-long XP Boost as well as Weapon Tokens you can use to quickly give your account a boost in multiplayer. Players wanting this edge during launch day can opt to purchase the Seasonal Battle Pass once it launches.

Pays for the Next Battle Pass When Completed

The Tier Rewards for the Battle Pass also includes COD Points which you can use to purchase items at the in-game store. However, if you save up your tokens until you level up the Battle Pass to max, you will have enough COD Points to buy the next season's Battle Pass.

Players who see themselves returning and playing this game for multiple seasons can opt to purchase the Battle Pass and treat it as a one-time payment since you can earn back the COD Points you spent by leveling it up!

Can be Tried Before Buying via Free Rewards

The Battle Pass also includes Free Tier Rewards up to a certain level. If you want to experience the benefits of the Seasonal Battle Pass first before you commit to buying, then the free rewards track is perfect for you to level up.
