LIFE Regenerates Automatically

Snake’s LIFE will automatically recover over time. You will also recover faster when crouching or prone. As long as you’re not injured, you’ll gradually recover health without needing to use LIFE medicine.

Heal Through LF Med

The LF Med is a consumable healing item in the game that works like a compact medkit. It instantly restores your health when used. However, this item is strictly limited with only a few spawns available in each game. Because of its rarity, it's best to reserve it for critical situations.

Red Bar on LIFE Meter Means Injury

If you see a red portion on your LIFE meter, it means Snake is injured. Injuries prevent you from fully regenerating health until they’re treated in the CURE menu.

Poison Prevents Regeneration

When Snake is poisoned, your LIFE will slowly decrease and regeneration will stop completely. You’ll need to treat the negative status effect in the CURE menu before regeneration can resume.

Stamina Affects Healing Rate

Having a high stamina ensures faster regeneration and helps Snake recover more effectively. Low Stamina reduces Snake’s LIFE recovery rate.
