How to Get Pentazemin

Found in Dolinovodno During Virtuous Mission

You can find Pentazemin in the alcove under the north side of the bridge in Dolinovodno during Virtuous Mission.

Pentazemin Effect

Provides Steadier Aim for Weapons

Using Pentazemin removes hand shake when using weapons, providing a steadier aim. This can be especially useful when aiming with long-range weapons such as the SVD.

Eating Food is a Better Alternative

Pentazemin is generally useless, as having a full stamina bar already provides the same effect of a steady aim, and Food is fairly abundant in the game.

The Animals Camo, which you get by defeating Ocelot non-lethally, also has a similar effect. You can equip the Animals Camo instead without needing to fill your stamina bar or even take a Pentazemin.
