Purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition

MGS Delta Deluxe Edition

The Kerotan Mask is only available if you purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition. If you are playing on this edition, the item is unlocked by default and will be in your inventory once you retrieve your backpack during Virtuous Mission.

The Kerotan Mask has no special effect when equipped and is purely a cosmetic item.

Press the Left Stick to Adjust the Mask's Position

By default, the Kerotan Mask is worn on Snake's face. This can be an issue when switching to first-person mode, as your view will be blocked. Press the Left Stick to move the Kerotan Mask above your head, allowing clear vision in first-person.
