A No Kill run in Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater (MGS3 Remake) doesn’t grant direct item rewards, but it’s required for unlocking achievements like the PEACEMAKER Trophy and PIGEON Ttile, along with other top-rank titles. Learn more on what counts toward the challenges.

The PEACE WALKER Trophy and PIGEON Title both require a full run without killing any human enemies. The PEACE WALKER Trophy is awarded by completing the game without killing any enemy soldiers or bosses. The PIGEON Title is earned by keeping your human kill count at zero.
Although there's no specific item reward for a No Kill run, completing the game without killing any human enemies is necessary to obtain top-rank titles like FOXHOUND and DOBERMAN.

To see if you have killed anyone in your playthrough, open the Pause menu and navigate to the Records and Titles section. Under the Records(Now) Tab, look for the Humans Killed stat to show your current kill count.
Any enemy soldier or boss defeated lethally counts as a kill. To qualify for the No Kill run for top-rank titles, you must use non-lethal takedowns such as tranquilizers or CQC knockouts. However, indirect deaths from hazards or explosions don't count as kills. This means if an enemy is taken out by a barrel or an environmental trap, the game won't register it as your kill.
Wildlife such as guard dogs, crocodiles, snakes and other animals do not count as kills. You can safely hunt them for food without affecting your No Kill run.
