 Progress the Virtuous Mission until you reach the cutscene in Rassvet where you knock out Ocelot. You will get this trophy after the cutscene.
Bronze Trophy Pain Relief
 Defeat The Pain to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy If It Bleeds, We Can Kill It
 Defeat The Fear to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy The End
 Defeat The End to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Houston, We HAD a Problem
 Defeat The Fury to get this trophy.

 Reach the end of river to defeat The Sorrow and get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Grounded
 Defeat Volgin to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Shagadelic
 Defeat The Shagohod to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy The Patriot
 Defeat The Boss to get this trophy.
Silver Trophy Like a Boss
 Complete the main story in any difficulty.

You'll be able to earn 10 trophies by playing and completing the main story of MGS Delta.

Bronze Trophy Prince Charming
Bronze Trophy Ugly Duckling
 During the Virtuous Mission, get your backpack then go to the raised area to the east of Dremuchij South. Shoot the nearby Kerotan and GA-KO combo to get both these trophies.
Bronze Trophy Foodie
 Kill or capture an animal (or knife a plant) to get that food item. As soon as the food item enters your inventory, this trophy is obtained.
Silver Trophy It Ain't Easy Being Green
 Find and shoot all 64 Kerotan Frogs in the game.
Silver Trophy It's Duck Season
 Find and shoot all 64 GA-KO Ducks in the game.
Gold Trophy Gastronome
 Find and taste all animals, plants, and food items in the game. This includes The Pain's Hornet Nest that you can only get during his boss fight.
Gold Trophy A Snake Has Many Skins
 Get all camouflage uniform and face paint. The Infinity Face Paint can only be acquired by finishing the game with a captured tsuchinoko or by obtaining the FOXHOUND title.

You can unlock trophies by collecting all Kerotan and GA-KOs, acquiring every Camouflage Uniforms and Face Paint, and tasting all animals, plants and food items.

CQC Challenges

Trophy How to Get
Bronze Trophy Mama Said
 Sneak up behind an enemy, then press and hold the CQC button while adding a directional input to throw and knock out the enemy
Bronze Trophy Tell Me Where the Bomb Is
 Sneak up behind an enemy, then press and hold the CQC button to grab him. Select Interrogate from the option.
Bronze Trophy Like He Just Doesn't Care
 Sneak up behind an enemy until you reach CQC range. Pull out your gun and aim at him to hold him up.
Bronze Trophy You Snooze, You Lose
 During The End boss fight, sneak up behind him and aim your gun at his head to hold him up. Aim repeatedly at him until he drops an item and rewards you with this trophy.
Silver Trophy Wax On, Wax Off
 You need to parry all of The Boss' grab attacks. When she grabs you, immediately hit the CQC button to parry when time slows down.

Mastering the CQC mechanics such as knocking out enemies, grabbing, interrogating, and holding them up can also unlock certain trophies.

Bronze Trophy Can I Keep It
 Use the Mk22 or the EZ Gun to tranquilize any animal and Capture it alive.
Bronze Trophy Snake Eater
 Open the Survival Viewer and select Food. Find any snake you captured or killed, and eat it to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Taste the poison!
 With a poisonous live animal equipped, press and hold the Aim Button and throw it towards the enemy using the Action Button.
Bronze Trophy Bee Keeper
 Shoot the hornet's nest above the enemy in Dolinovodno from Virtuous Mission
Silver Trophy Believe It or Not
 Place a Mousetrap in Graniny Gorki South after beating The Fear. Exit and enter the area until you catch a tsuchinoko

You can collect, capture and taste various animals, plants, and food items in the jungle. Doing so not only helps survival but also unlock several trophies.

Radio Challenges

Trophy How to Get
Bronze Trophy Cinephile
 Use the Radio to call Para-Medic to save the game. She will talk about movies after you save and you will be rewarded with this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Friendly Fire
 To get the frequency for fire support, you must interrogate one of the guards in Bolshaya Past South. Once you called the frequency, this trophy will be obtained.
Bronze Trophy Serenity Now
 Open the Radio Screen to tune in and listen to one of the Healing Radio frequency.

Utilizing the Radio can unlock trophies just by saving the game, calling in fire support or listening to music.

Stealth Challenges

Bronze Trophy A Good Man is Hard to Find
Bronze Trophy I Can Totally See You
 Use the Moss Camo which you can obtain from The End boss fight. This can get you a perfect Camo Index, which unlocks both trophies.

MGS Delta is best experienced through stealth gameplay, and if you manage to get a perfect Camo Index, you’ll be rewarded with a couple of trophies.

Bronze Trophy War Has Changed
Bronze Trophy Old Snake, New Tricks
 When starting a new game, choose New Style to get War Has Changed trophy. Selecting Legacy Style on another new playthrough will reward you with Old Snake, New Tricks trophy.
Gold Trophy FOXHOUND
 Complete the game in Extreme difficulty with the following criteria:
・Playtime under 5 hours
・No Continues, Alerts, and Kills
・Serious Injuries under 20
・Total Damage Taken under 5 life bars
・No Life Medicine Used
・No Special Items Used
Gold Trophy PEACE WALKER
 Only knock out guards or use Non-Lethal weapons such as the MK22 or the Mosin Nagant for the whole playthrough.

You can unlock additional trophies across multiple playthroughs by starting the game in either New or Legacy Style, finishing a run without killing anyone, or achieving the prestigious FOXHOUND title.

Bronze Trophy Time Paradox
 During the Virtuous Mission, You need to kill Ocelot when he gets knocked out after a cutscene on Rassvet. You will get this trophy once you killed him.
Bronze Trophy The Early End
 When you reach the Ponizovje Warehouse, you can use the SVD to snipe The End while he’s in a wheelchair. Hitting him with 2 headshots will instantly kill him.
Bronze Trophy Ocelot Always Gets His Man
 During the final cutscene, when the President extends his hand to Snake for a handshake, press the First Person View Button and find Ocelot at the left window to get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Ralph Called
 On the Cure Menu, spin Snake around using the Camera Stick for around 15 seconds. Snake will vomit when you go back to the game.
Bronze Trophy Paparazzo Snake
 Pause the game and select Photo Mode. Once you exit Photo Mode, you will get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Mud Scientist
 In Chyornyj Prud, equip the Scientist Camo and crawl around the mud at the lake.

Experimentation such as creating a Time Paradox, skipping a boss, taking a Photo or making Snake vomit can lead to earning several trophies.

Bronze Trophy Just Because
 In Bolshaya Past Base, find the storehouse to get the TNT. Equip and use the TNT inside the storehouse to blow it up and get this trophy.
Bronze Trophy Mostly Dead
 Equip and use the Fake Death Pill to kill yourself temporarily. You will get this trophy once the Game Over Screen shows up.

Using the equipment and weapons in creative ways such as faking your death or blowing up storehouses can earn you trophies.

Cure Challenge

Trophy How to Get
Bronze Trophy Don't Touch the Sides
 When you get a Gunshot Wound injury, open the Cure Menu and use the Survival Knife to remove the bullet.

You can earn a trophy by curing a gunshot wound using the Survival Knife to remove the bullet.
