You can kill The End early by shooting him with the SVD before the boss fight in Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater (MGS3 Remake). Learn how to kill The End early and what happens when he dies before the boss fight.

How to Kill the End Early
Grab the SVD in Ponizovje West
After leaving the mangrove swamp in Ponizovje South, take the path leading west at the fork to reach the weapons depot at the dock. Grab the SVD inside, before returning to Ponizovje South and going north to continue the story.

Shoot The End in the Head While He's in a Wheelchair
When you reach the Ponizovje Warehouse, you can use the SVD to snipe The End while he’s in a wheelchair. Hitting him with 2 headshots will instantly kill him.
When he dies, he explodes, so make sure dodge roll away from where you shot him or risk getting hit by the wheel from his wheelchair. If you only land a body shot on The End, he will instead have reduced HP and Stamina in the boss fight later.
Should You Kill The End Early?
Only if You Don't Want to Get the Mosin Nagant
Unfortunately, killing The End early locks you out of getting the Mosin Nagant. If you're aiming to get an easy no-kill playthrough (for camo unlocks and title rankings) then you probably won't want to kill The End early since the Mosin is the best non-lethal gun to use against bosses like The Fury and The Boss.
What Happens When You Kill the End Early?
The End Boss Fight Will Be Replaced by Ocelot Units
If you kill The End at the Ponizovje Warehouse, the later boss fight will be replaced by Ocelot Units. These enemies are more manageable than The End, though there are about 10 of them. It's completely up to you on how you want this mission to unfold.
However, we recommend against killing The End early if you want to unlock his Moss Camouflage, as you'll need to stamina kill him during the boss fight in order to get it.
