The Gastronome Trophy in Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater (MGS3 Remake) is earned by achieving a 100% completion rate for your Food Collection. Learn more about the requirements and special foods you need to watch out for in this guide.
List of Contents
To unlock the Gastronome Trophy, you need to collect and eat every food item in the game. Capturing food alone will not count because each item must be consumed to register the item's taste in the Food Collection.

Completing the Food Collection unlocks the Gastronome Trophy, a requirement toward earning the Platinum Trophy and achieving 100% completion in Metal Gear Solid Delta.

By achieving a 100% Food Collection, the game will also reward you with EVA's eating voicelines. Now, you'll be able to play EVA's voicelines to output what she would say while eating certain types of food via the Food Collection section of the Extras menu.

The Tsuchinoko is crucial since it’s needed for both the Food Collection and the Infinity Face Paint. Capture one in Bolshaya Past Base, eat it to register it, then catch another in Graniny Gorki South and keep it until the end to unlock the face paint.

During the final boss fight, you will find three unique snakes in Rokovoj Bereg - Snake Solidus, Snake Liquid, and Snake Solid. All three must be captured and eaten before finishing the battle, otherwise, you'll have less than 100% for the Snake category in the Food Collection.

The Pain Hornets’ Nest can only be obtained during The Pain fight in Chyornaya Peschera Cave. Bring a Hornet's Nest along with you and wait for him to use his green serum. Once you get hit by the serum, throw the nest onto the platform you're standing on.
If done correctly, The Pain's hornets will turn it into The Pain Hornets’ Nest, which you then need to eat for the collection.
