Virtuous Mission Collectibles are missable after you meet Sokolov. Make sure to collect all GA-KO and Kerotan in Dremuchij South, Dremuchij Swampland, Dremuchij North, Dolinovodno, and Rassvet.
If you miss any of these, you'll need to start a new game since these locations will have a different set of GA-KO and Kerotan when you revisit them in Operation Snake Eater.
At the start of Operation Snake Eater you'll find yourself in Dremuchij East. This area cannot be revisited after you leave, so make sure to get the GA-KO and Kerotan before you leave.
Bolshaya Past South and Bolshaya Past Crevice will both be points of no return. All collectibles before Bolshaya Past South will be missable after you drop from the tree to reach the other side of the electric fence.
Similarly, collectibles in Bolshaya Past South and Bolshaya Past Base are missable as soon as you reach Bolshaya Past Crevice since there won't be a way to backtrack to them during and after the Ocelot boss fight.
Dremuchij to Bolshaya Past Walkthrough
After the boss fight against The Pain, you'll enter a new area called Chyornaya Peschera Cave Entrance. There will be aledge here that acts as a point of no return. Make sure you collect all GA-KO and Kerotan in the cave and cave branch before dropping down.
Chyornaya Peschera Cave Walkthrough
Unlike other bosses, The End will have another reward for you if you manage to hold him up during his boss fight. He drops the Moss Camo if you successfully hold him up.
All weapons in the game can be obtained even if you miss their initial spawn location. The only weapon that is missable is the Mosin Nagant since it's a non-lethal boss kill reward.
Dropping down into the arena of The Fury is a point of no return. If you haven't yet, make sure to revisit all the areas before Groznyj Ground underground tunnel if you missed certain GA-KO and Kerotan.
Krasnogorje Mountain Walkthrough
Collectibles in these two areas are missable since you won't be able to return here after you go back up to Groznyj Grad. Make sure to explore this area thoroughly for both GA-KO and Kerotan, as well as the Kabuki Face Paint at the waterfall.
All collectibles in Groznyj Grad are missable once you trigger Volgin's boss fight. Make sure to collect everything you can before planting the final C3 charge in the main hangar.
Similarly, collectibles that show up during the sidecar sequence with EVA are missable. If you miss them, you'll have to repeat from an autosave, manual save, or from your save before fighting Volgin.
Finally, the collectibles found in the last 3 areas of the game are missable since there is no way to backtrack to each one after you move on to the next. Make sure you keep a manual save or reload an autosave to get all GA-KO and Kerotan in each area before moving on.
