To unlock the Stealth Camouflage, you must find and shoot all 64 Kerotan Frogs hidden in the game. These are green toy frogs scattered across various levels.

Finish the Game With a FOXHOUND Rating

MGS Delta FOXHOUND Rating

Another way to unlock the Stealth Camouflage is to finish the game with a FOXHOUND rating, which requires completing it in Extreme difficulty.

Turns Snake Invisible

The Stealth Camouflage turns Snake fully invisible, preventing you from getting spotted by enemies. However, this doesn't silence your footsteps so enemies can still detect you if you make enough sounds.

Affects Title Runs

Using the Stealth Camouflage will prevent you from acquiring certain titles, such as FOXHOUND, if you haven't already unlocked it.

You dont need to get foxhound to get steath camo. This article is misleading. I received stealth camo from doing a zero alerts run on normal.
