The monkeys are numbered to show the fastest collection route you can take for this level.

Astro Bot Location

Resting Over a Sofa With Two Monkeys

Astro Bot Location
Astro Bot is located in the first-floor northern room. He can be seen lying on a sofa across the room, along with two monkeys.

Do note that Astro Bot does not count towards the level's required number of monkeys. You can skip it in the interest of time, especially if you're gunning for a high score.

Monkey Hiding on the Rooftop

Monkey on Rooftop
A monkey is hiding on a rooftop in the first-floor courtyard. Since there is no ladder to reach it, you must shoot the monkey to make it fall. You can do this from the first-floor courtyard or from the second-floor area near Monkey #19.

Shoot the Monkey on the Handrail Last in 2F

Monkey on Handrail
If you shoot this monkey, it will fall to the first floor, which can be inconvenient if you haven’t captured the other monkeys on the second floor. Leave it for last, after capturing the rest of the monkeys upstairs.
