Similar to the base Crocodile Cap, using the One-Eyed Crocodile Cap will make Snake's head look like a crocodile snout while swimming, allowing him to use it as a disguise in water.

This makes him harder to spot by enemies and wildlife like crocodiles, while also lessening the chances of guard dogs detecting him as they are less likely to detect or approach him.
