Unlock by Capturing All Wildlife

MGS - Crocodile

The EZ Gun becomes permanently available once you capture every animal and plant in a single playthrough. When finding all the wildlife, you will be able to unlock the MARKHOR Title.

Finish The Game with FOXHOUND Title

MGS Delta FOXHOUND Rating

You can achieve the title of FOXHOUND when you complete the following rules in a single playthrough: beat the game on Extreme difficulty without ever triggering an alert, killing a soldier, or using an LF Med. The game must also be finished in less than 5 hours.

After achieving the title, you will be rewarded with the EZ Gun which you can use during a New Game or New Game Plus playthrough.

Unlock by Playing on Very Easy Difficulty

MGS - Very Easy EZ Gun

On Very Easy Difficulty, the EZ Gun is automatically added to your inventory once Snake retrieves his backpack. This makes the game more approachable for beginners by offfering a powerful tool from the start.

However, do note that this isn't a permanent unlock. You won't be able to carry over this EZ Gun to New Games or NG+ saves unless you unlock it using the first two methods.
