How to Get: The soldier right next to the warehouse on the dock will be the one with the 8mm Film Reel. Once you've dealt with the other soldiers on the docks, use something like food or an empty magazine to get the soldier to turn around. From there, hold him up to get the Cat-Like Behavior film.
