What Do Healing Radio Frequencies Do?
Does Not Restore Health
Despite being named healing radio frequencies, they do not restore health directly. Instead, they replenish your stamina, helping your LIFE bar recover faster. This makes them vital in longer missions or higher difficulties where food and resources are limited.
Note: In MGS3, these were usually used to help in FOXHOUND runs since number of meals eaten was considered when ranking for that title. In MGS Delta, this is no longer the case, which means they have rather niche uses in a regular playthrough.
Restores Snake's Stamina
Stamina is crucial in Metal Gear Solid Delta as it affects aiming stability, movement efficiency, and overall survival. By listening to one of the healing radio frequencies, Snake's stamina will restore over time.
Tip: Healing radio frequencies can only be used once. Replaying the same frequency will not restore stamina a second time.
