How to Get: Looted from the final bathroom stall in Graniny Gorki Lab 2F. Punch out the door to open it.
Effect: It smells so bad that it attracts flies, but it also makes enemies think twice before coming in for close combat.
Oyama

How to Get: Found in the vents of Graniny Gorki Lab 1F. The vent entrance is located in the center courtyard of the building.

How to Get: Hold up The End to get him to drop this camo.
Effect: Gives wearer photosynthetic capabilities. Extremely effective in Syvatogornyj and Sokrovenno areas.
Fire

How to Get: Defeat The Fury non-lethally.
Effect: Reduces damage from flames and explosions by half.

How to Get: Obtained from Raikov in the Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing. Knock him out then stuff him in one of the 2F lockers to get this.
Effect: No CQC.
Spirit

Effect: Eliminates footstep noise. Also allows wearer to drain stamina by choking enemies in CQC.

How to Get: Found underwater at the base of the waterfall in Tikhogornyj. Backtrack after getting your equipment from EVA to find it.
Sneaking Suit

How to Get: Obtained from the same locker where you stuffed Raikov in Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing 2F. Only spawns in if you revisit the location after getting tortured.
Effect: Cuts all damage in half and reduces stamina consumption.

How to Get: Looted from one of the lockers in the Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing 2F. Only spawns in if you revisit the location after getting tortured.
Effect: No CQC.
Cold War

Effect: Enemies from the Soviet side will hesitate to attack.
AUSCAM
AUSCAM 		Camo How to Get: Choose I like MGS 1 when starting a new game. Also unlocked after finishing the game once.
Effect: Wearing it reduces incoming damage to 2/3.

How to Get: Defeat The Boss non-lethally.
Banana
Banana 		Camo How to Get: Choose I like MGS: Peace Walker when starting a new game. Also unlocked after finishing the game once.
Effect: It makes any food taste great.
Brown

Effect: The O2 Gauge will not diminish.
Desert Tiger

Effect: Wearing it prevents equipped suppressors from wearing out with use.
DPM

Effect: Wearing it doubles your natural LIFE recovery rate.
