Dawn of the Apes is the third level of the Snake vs Monkey minigame in Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater (MGS3 Remake). Read on to see all Monkey and Astro Bot locations in this level, including tips for completing it.

The monkeys are numbered to show the fastest collection route you can take for this level.

Astro Bot Location

Next to a Monkey by the Tree

Astro Bot is located in the eastern area of the map. He is sitting next to a monkey by the tree.

Do note that Astro Bot does not count towards the level's required number of monkeys. You can skip it in the interest of time, especially if you're gunning for a high score.

Monkey Hiding on the Rooftop

The monkey here can be easy to miss. Use the ladder on the northeast side of the map to reach and capture it.

Use Stun Grenade on Group of Monkeys

There is a group of monkeys in the center area of the map. Using a Stun Grenade is ideal here, as it allows you to catch them all at once.

Spot the Monkey on the Steel Beam

A monkey patrols on top of the steel beam in the center of the map. To capture it, you can shoot it from the rooftop or from below, and it will fall once hit.
