Enemies are weak against Fire and Imaginary elements. A Break March 7th (Imaginary) and Harmony Trailblazer can work together to deal a lot of Super Break DMG.
Asta will take care of the buffs, while Natasha will keep the team alive.

A Feixiao Follow-Up team is also viable in this cavern, as the team can quickly take down targets with follow-up attacks.
Topaz and March 7th (Imaginary) are both viable partners for Feixiao, as the enemies are weak to both Fire and Imaginary. Robin will provide strong buffs to the DPS characters, further strengthening their attacks.
Aventurine will be able to keep the team alive with his shields, while also providing his own follow-up attacks.
How to Beat Path of Uncertainty
Take out the Normal Enemies first
Because of the damage reduction of the Cavern's Special Mechanic, it can prove difficult to deal substantial damage to the Howling Casket. Instead of attacking it directly, focus on taking down the Saberclaw Wolftroopers and Eclipse Wolftroopers instead.
Defeating the four Normal Enemies that spaw with the Howling Casket will take away more than half of its HP, making it significantly easier to defeat it.

I've found that a Rappa team works fine too, She can easily take out the weaker fellas before dealing with the big one. Only problem is energy requirement if you don't have her lightcone or Houhou
