How to Get Shape Shifter's Lightning Staff
The Shape Shifter's Lightning Staff can be obtained through the Shape of Doom: Stagnant Shadow and defeating the Shape Shifter enemy. The Shape of Doom: Stagnant Shadow can be found at the Stargazer Navalia in The Xianzhou Luofu.
Shape Shifter's Lightning Staff can also be obtained by exchanging it for another material in the Synthesizer.

How to Get Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster
Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster can be obtained by defeating the weekly boss, Starcrusher Swarm King.
The Starcrusher Swarm King can be found in the Echo of War: Borehole Planet's Old Crater inside the Seclusion Zone of the Herta Space Station, which can be unlocked after completing the Crown of the Mundane and Divine mission.

How to Get Tracks of Destiny
Tracks of Destiny can be obtained as a reward for maxing out the points in the Simulated Universe. It can also be obtained by reaching Level 15 and 35 in the Nameless Honor Battle Pass.
You can also buy the Tracks of Destiny through the Embers and Starlight Exchange shops. Most of the time, you can also get them as a reward for completing Limited-Time Events.
