Both birds have good potential when it comes to getting a charge count with the proper set-up and luck. Silbird Wolf is difficult yet rewards the players the highest amount of charge count if they played their cards right for their Super Bomb skill.
Robird has the easiest skill to use and combining it with Line Bombs or with each other has the potential to clear the board and gain a ton of charge count without too much effort with the amount of Square Bombs it provides.

These birds have good potential to gain a sizeable amount of charge count but can be quite difficult to use in certain situations, making them a bit reliant on RNG compared to S-Tiers.
Birefly has good potential for a chain for their cross-shaped detonation but can sometimes depend on luck on where it detonates. March Bird requires quite a bit of planning on when to detonate its Line Bombs for a huge chain to get a charge count.

Trailbirder can potentially be good but compared to the other birds higher up the Tier List, Trailbirder is quite lacking in power. While Trailbirder only needs 5 Kiwi to activate its skill, it's still dependent on RNG on where these 2x2 square detonations will land.

Available in the Origami Bird Clash Event
Origami Bird Clash Multiplayer Mode is available in the Origami Bird Clash Event for Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3. You can unlock the event by completing Stranger in a Strange Land Trailblaze Mission.
