Completing Youci's Clever Decor will unlock the Pure Fiction gameplay mode. It will also grant you access to the Jokes Come True Shop, where you can use the Jade Feathers you've earned from Pure Fiction stages!

Youci's Clever Decor is also a requirement for getting a free copy of Lynx. Apart from completing the mission, you will also need to clear Stage 2 of Pure Fiction.

How to Unlock Youci's Clever Decor

Unlock Requirements

Complete A Dragon Gallant, Its Ocean Distant Mission

Youci's Clever Decor can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 34 or above and have completed A Dragon Gallant, Its Ocean Distant mission.

A Dragon Gallant, Its Ocean Distant Mission Guide

Youci's Clever Decor is available at Equilibrium Level 3 or higher. You must also complete the Demise of Immortality, Finale of Calamity sub-mission of A Dragon Gallant, It's Ocean Distant.

Read Mr. Xiyan's Messages

To unlock and start Youci's Clever Decor, you will need to read and respond to Mr. Xiyan's messages. He will tell you about his new pet and ask you to check it out!

Youci's Clever Decor Walkthrough

Youci's Clever Decor Summary

• Step 1: Head to the Exalting Sanctum.
• Step 2: Interact with the Floating Bird Cage.
• Step 3: Clear Pure Fiction Stage 1.

Head to the Exalting Sanctum

After replying to Mr. Xiyan, head over to the Spare Time Book Shop at the Exalting Sanctum. A group of kids will be gathered around the mysterious pet of Mr. Xiyan.

Interact with the Floating Bird Cage

Interact with the floating bird cage and it will start talking to you. Yinshu will eventually join in on your conversation to formally introduce you to Youci, the storytelling bird.

Clear Pure Fiction Stage 1

You will then be brought to the Pure Fiction screen and given a tutorial on how the gameplay mode works. For the mission, you only need to clear Stage 1 by earning 30,000 points.

After successfully beating Stage 1, the quest will be wrapped up and you'll be free to challenge the rest of the Pure Fiction stages!
