There's a typo for the description in the lightcone section for Dream's Montage, saying "her" not "his."
I think QPQ is another good option for Gallagher because give 16 energy at S5 to one of the members when Gallagher takes action and with a good speed he can sustain easily, specially when you are using the ultimate.
it doesn't say it increases the ultimate's healing, it says it increases healing when the ultimate is used. he can still heal himself when he uses his ultimate, plus the lc's energy regeneration allows for more ultimate activations
They are valuable to max em out for most reasons: Special Basic Attacks after the Ultimate Skill. Add Harmony Tailblazer and he will superbreak them more entirely. In certain scenarios he will do 1M damage superbreak for example. Otherwise your ideal character recommendation will nerf entirely if you don't max all traces.
Spaming the ultimate is priority and main function: -in team with Fireflay and Boothill -in team with Moze and Dr Ratio -everytime when opponents are fire weak
His skill is used very rare. This is emergency cast. Every 3 use of Gallagher call ultimate, for team self heal, debuf enemies and decrease attack of the strongest. Use only basic attack for generate SP and advanced for AOE heal. Invest resources in this what is used.
Why even bother putting basic attack and ultimate as trace priorities? Just leave them out, concentrate on his talent and skill, and call it a day. No need to waste resources when you could be spending trailblaze power on other characters.
His ultimate heal at once. Cast ultimate, next will advance forwarded 100% his Basic atack with AOE healing.
Post Op Conversation doesn't increase his Outgoing Output since his ultimate doesn't heal. It still has a great value for its energy regeneration rate alone though
He's very universal unit don't waste your Gallagher on firefly team use bronya e1 instead sustainless easy 0 cycle, now Gallagher is free to any team don't waste his potentia just l in one team
I will write more. Use Gallagher ultimate always, sometimes skill for debuff, and once a week skill for heal. Real life makes him incredible skill points generator with strong aoe dps in ultimate. Which abudance to second team? Only Gallagher, but it is impossible .
I can agree. I do not have good second team. I suppouse , i will build it using Xueyi E6, March E3 hunt, Himeko E0 and Bailu E1. I has to try with previous Bronya E0, Herta E6. I tried without success Serval and Dan Heng.
I suppose, the best char in the game is every 4star character classified as S or SS. If you collect 32000 stellar jades, you will pool E6 4* char and E0 5* char. 4* will be better if it is S class.

I see many changes in hints. Good. I have Gallagher E6 as result of pooling Ruan Mei and her lighting cone. Gallagher E6 is much better than all abudance E2 5xStar. 1. Speed. He is my slowest char in team. No problem, E6 expands ultimate to 3 turns! 2. Broken keel is the best on him because of his extremely big effect res. Rope with energy reg and sphere with fire boost. His fire ultimate is possible to do very nice dmg. 3. I agree, 2xmessenger and 2xpasserby is the best solution.
4. BE outsite battle is 105, but he receives more than he needs (his possibe to use max) from team during a battle. 5. I use LC: what is real. I do not have better. It and his effect res keep him alive and alwas able to remove debuff and heal. He is my the best abudance. My second team use Bailu E2, but she is not comparable. Gallagher is debuffer, the same good healler and good dps. Bailu only healler.
Gallagher is better. He is better debuffer if you have E2.
