The Trotter is located in the Great Mine. Teleport to the area using the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Spike and head up the ramp into a small area filled with tents.

Bring Imaginary characters in battle to target the weakness of both the Warp Trotter and Incineration Shadewalkers. Characters such as Welt or the Yukong will help you easily clear this fight.
