After completing The Three Draconic Transformations, you'll receive a text message from Todd after a server reset. He wants you to see him at his usual spot in Central Starskiff Haven.

| 1 |  After responding to Todd Riordan's message, head to the Central Starskiff Haven and talk to him. However, you'll instead find a mysterious NPC waiting at Todd's usual spot, north of the Earthrise Agora space anchor. |
| 2 |  After interacting with the mysterious NPC at Todd's usual spot, you'll then find out that it's him and has gotten younger. |
| 3 |  Todd then gives you a proposal to join their Guild and be his apprentice. You can then choose to accept or decline it. |
| 4 | Regardless of your choice, the mission ends with you accompanying Todd at the coast of Scalegorge Waterscape. |

| 1 |  If you did not decline Todd Riordan's proposal, he quickly leaves to prepare for his escape from the Xianzhou Luofu after committing “Immortality Theft.” He'll then contact you after another server reset. |
| 2 |  After receiving a message from Todd, head back to Central Starskiff Haven and interact with the child at Todd's usual spot. You'll soon realize that the child is actually Todd. |
| 3 | With Todd not achieving immortality and his body de-aging rapidly instead, he asks you to accompany him around the market and have some fun with him one last time. |
| 4 |  Follow Todd to the Food Stall behind the Starwatcher Avenue space anchor and then buy him a Berrypheasant Skewer. You'll then be prompted by the game to give a snack called Todd's Snack instead. |
| 5 |  Next up, you'll be teleported with Todd to the Exalting Sanctum where he'll have a short conversation with Bailu. |
| 6 |  Todd's final request is to come with him to the Scalegorge Waterscape coast, located to the right of the Dragonvista Rain Hall space anchor. The quest ends with Todd sitting on the coast alone after your chat with him. |

| 1 |  If you decline Todd Riordan's proposal, he'll flee for the sake of his own safety. |
| 2 |  After Todd flees, you must report him to Dahao in the Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery at the Exalting Sanctum. |
| 3 |  Proceed to the entrance of the Petrichor Inn in Central Starskiff Haven, then talk to Xueyi to find more information about Todd. You'll then have to wait for another server reset before progressing the quest again. |
| 4 |  You'll receive a message from Todd asking you to meet him at Scalegorge Waterscape. Once you reach the quest waypoint, interact with the child who is actually a further de-aged Todd. |
| 5 |  Once the conversation ends, you will be teleported to the Scalegorge Waterscape coast with Todd reminiscing about life. The quest ends with Todd thanking you for helping him and running away. |
Talk to Blade Near the Space Anchor
After the quest ends, you can interact with Blade beside the Dragonvista Rain Hall space anchor in Scalegorge Waterscape.
